Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Onboarding Project Manager to become a vital member of our team! In this pivotal role, you will ensure a seamless onboarding journey for our clients, guiding them through our innovative programs and enabling them to fully capitalize on the advantages of demand response. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing for collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing and engaging with representatives at all levels within client organizations, including Maintenance and Plant Managers, as well as Executives.
- Provide education and support to client contacts regarding program guidelines to maximize their participation in demand response benefits.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to outline and execute explicit scopes of work for real-time metering installations.
- Configure and deliver training on necessary software to assist clients in their program involvement.
- Strive to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients, utilizing feedback from post-onboarding satisfaction surveys for continual improvement.
- Develop detailed scopes of work for the installation of energy monitoring equipment, ensuring both clarity and efficiency.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of operational processes at client sites to create optimized energy reduction plans and accurately measure participation levels.
- Ensure high-quality contact lists and system readiness prior to program enrollment, facilitating a smooth transition for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain transparency throughout the onboarding process, ensuring successful client integrations.
- Support clients in their preparation for dispatches by actively participating in ‘Readiness’ and ‘Audit Prep’ activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Mentor clients during demand response dispatches to enhance their performance outcomes.
- Provide assistance with technical inquiries and escalations related to metering, Energy Reduction Plans, and any facility changes affecting participation.
- Address and resolve any post-dispatch concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing initiatives aimed at advancing business processes, including the Customer Self-Install program.
